Whaley Bridge is celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III in grand style.
On Sunday 7th May WB Town Council are hosting a Fun Day at WB Cricket Club.
12 noon until 6pm.
And on Bank Holiday Monday May 8th
Whaley Bridge Band will be playing in the
anal Basin at 2pm.
A traditional brass band programme of
light music played in British bandstands on Sunday afternoons, and an opportunity for the community to sing again some of the songs enjoyed so much last year at the Jubilee.
All welcome.
What better way to celebrate the Coronation of our new king.
