What a fantastic day! Great camaraderie with both the bandsmen and the film crew, and wall to wall sunshine in a superb location. And not just an unusual setting, a new experience to play in a band with no less than nine basses. Karen got along famously with the three other euphoniums, and Jane held pride of place as “principal” baritone in a section of one.
